Timeouts and budgets for a morning ride
The ride gets a fixed budget of forty minutes door to desk. If a repair would blow the budget, lock the bike and take the train; fix it in the evening.
Chain care in one page
Wipe the chain after wet rides and oil it every second week. A clean, lightly oiled chain is quieter and outlasts two dirty ones.
